This small but cozy ramen spot offers a warm atmosphere, attracting a diverse crowd of young professionals and international students. This time, we ordered the black pepper short rib ramen and Japanese miso pork ramen, along with a side of pan-fried dumplings and fried chicken. The portions were generous—perfect for big appetites or sharing. Noodles & Toppings: The noodles had a great chewy texture, and both the short ribs and miso pork were well-seasoned. The soft-boiled egg was cooked just right. Broth Flavor: The chicken broth was light and refreshing, which I personally preferred, while the miso broth had a slight spicy kick—great for those who enjoy bolder flavors. The fried chicken was a solid choice—crispy outside, juicy inside. A small tweak? Serving the mayo on the side would be even better. A Pleasant Surprise- They offer unlimited plum juice—a nostalgic treat that instantly brings back our childhood memories ( hailed from Shanghai China) Their staff were friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and fluent in both Chinese and English. We Left the restaurant feeling full and content—a satisfying meal in every way.

Ramen Station – A Must-Visit in Toronto’s Chinatown! I recently visited Ramen Station on a freezing day (hello, -20C wind chill!), and it was the perfect remedy for the cold. Located at 361 Spadina Ave., this cozy spot serves up some of the best ramen I’ve had in the city. Miso Ramen The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, made from pork bones, trotters, and chicken feet. It’s thick, collagen-packed, and warms you up from the inside out. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the chashu soft-boiled egg make it a complete meal. Karaage (Fried Chicken) Crispy, juicy, and not greasy at all. A great side dish to complement the ramen. Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings) These were a highlight! Thin, crispy bottoms with a flavorful filling. Dip them in the vinegar sauce for an extra kick. Standout Feature: FREE REFILLS on their house-made plum juice! It’s sweet, tangy, and the perfect palate cleanser between bites. The prices are very reasonable (15 per bowl), and the portions are generous. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. If you’re in Toronto and craving authentic, comforting ramen, Ramen Station is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back to try their Creamy Mushroom Vege Ramen and Black Tonkotsu Ramen next time!

I ordered the spicy tomato one. It's very hot, but special!

Ramen was delicious and had a great atmosphere. First off though, the ramen, broth, meat and topping flavours are not really Japanese, but more inspired by China (Chinese) influence. This isn’t a criticism, just noting a difference. The shop has a great atmosphere and the server(s) were very friendly. One thing to note, they have FREE plum juice!!! I haven’t had this since I was young!
